the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the room had a spectacular view of the mountains and was comfortable and well-maintained. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh breads and other options. the hotel provided free bikes, allowing me to explore the beautiful area and take in the breathtaking scenery.
The lack of amenities in the bathroom, as there were no hair conditioners or shower caps provided.

The Cottages were spacious and ideal for a family travelling with a dog. Nice indoor pool and good breakfasts
Unfortunately they did not initially accept your confirmed Internet room rate on checking out. After an argument however they checked again and adjusted the rate correctly. Although they apologised this should not happen

Great location, nestled in a beautiful alpine village, with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The pool and spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a great way to relax after a day of exploring.
We really couldn't find anything to fault with this hotel. It was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back again.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us, especially accommodating our needs when our children were tired and we wanted to eat, they allowed us to have our meals brought up to our rooms. The location is fantastic and scenery is amazing. The food at the hotel was very very good too, especially breakfast, there was such a huge variety, something for every taste.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was impressed by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful lake to run along and near mountains to explore. The hotel also offers easy access to a 5-star restaurant, which was a delightful culinary experience. The staff here is friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including heating and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also has a lovely terrace with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the scenic views.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. Choice of a fixed dinner menu or a la carte, both selections very good. Nice indoor pool and sauna.
Walls a bit thin, could overhear next rooms occupants snoring. The hotel has an old feel and its guests almost only senior citizens, at least over christmas. Understandable for a spa and wellness hotel. Might be bothersome though for young travellers.

Staff were very friendly and helpful giving us local tips Location was perfect The food was amazing and a surprisingly good choice for vegetarians, which can be difficult in Austria
The rooms looked a little tired and dowdy. They could do with a makeover

We had a wonderful xmas break at this hotel. the stunning mountain scenery and the cozy alpine feel of the hotel really added to the festive atmosphere. the staff were amazing and made our stay special. the complimentary bicycles and swimming pool facilities were the perfect way to relax and get active. We also loved the hearty breakfast buffet and delicious dinners.
The hotel location is slightly off the beaten track and requires a bit of driving to get to, but once you arrive, the setting is worth it. the rooms could have been a bit more spacious, but they were clean and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly. Food was great. There was ample parking and in general a very positive atmosphere. Easy drive to the Kaisergebirge. Very nice rest room near the saunas.
Bed was a bit short (if you're >188cm, due to the footboards). The sauna area was a bit too small, as were the saunas themselves.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa and swimming area. Nice location close to the lake. The hotel was very clean, quiet, fully funcional and with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts ware excellent quite delicious. Two big beds in the room, large balcony, free parking in the basement garage, free wireless internet,... Everything was great and it was probably one of the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We would love to come back and stay again.
